Safety Shoe 1645 E-Sport ESD The JALAS Safety Shoe 1645 E-Sport ESD combines comfort and safety in a high-quality low shoe. Equipped with an aluminum toe cap and a composite penetration-resistant sole, this shoe offers optimal protection in hazardous work environments. The leather and textile upper ensures durability and breathability, while the ergonomic FX2 Classic insole and Ergothan shock absorption zone enhance wearing comfort. The oil-resistant PU outsole provides excellent slip resistance (SRC) and is antistatic, making the shoe ideal for ESD-protected areas. This unisex shoe is available in sizes 36 to 47 and in the colors black, blue, and gray. It meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345:2011 (S1P SRC), and is suitable for orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191. Item number: JA-1645.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
