The Jalas Pro 3110 ESD safety shoe combines functionality with the highest level of comfort and safety. This low shoe is made from a leather/textile combination and features an aluminum toe cap as well as an oil-resistant, antistatic rubber outsole that meets the slip resistance class SRB. The shock absorption zone made of Poron® XRD® provides additional protection and comfort.
The shoes are available in sizes 36 to 47 and feature an attractive black and yellow design. They meet the standards EN ISO 20345 S2 SRB, DIN EN 345-1, and DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them ideal for work environments where electrostatic discharge (ESD) is a concern. The weight of the shoe in size 42 is approximately 565 g.
Additionally, the shoes are equipped with a replaceable FX2 Pro insole, which is also suitable for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. The lace-up closure ensures an optimal fit and supports the standard width.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRB
The shoe is slip-resistant on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
