The SieviAir Roller XL S1P ESD safety sandal, manufactured by Sievi, combines advanced safety features with high comfort and a modern design. This model is equipped with an innovative BOA® quick-release system that allows for fast and precise adjustment. The sandal features a non-marking, slip-resistant outsole according to SRC standard and a composite toe cap providing protection according to EN ISO 20345: S1P SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The upper material is made from a combination of microfiber and buffed split leather, making the sandals particularly durable. The puncture-resistant sole and the 3D-dry lining ensure additional comfort and breathability. The FlexStep sole offers excellent shock absorption, while the sandal is also resistant to oil and chemicals. Available in sizes 39 to 47 and in the color black/orange, this model has a standard width of 12 and is suitable for both genders. The insole is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole steel
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Steel midsoles are not affected by the shape of sharp objects or hazards. However, they only cover 85% of the tread surface. They are often used in the construction industry.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
