Safety shoe Racer Free Roller ESD
The Sievi Racer Free Roller ESD safety shoe combines advanced safety technologies with high comfort. This unisex shoe is available in sizes 34 to 47 and features a black-orange color scheme. The upper is made of PU-coated leather and textile, complemented by breathable mesh inserts that ensure optimal air circulation.
The safety features include an aluminum toe cap and a steel puncture-resistant layer. The dual-layer ActionPro sole with the shock-absorbing FlexStep® intermediate layer not only provides slip resistance according to SRC standard but is also oil and chemical resistant as well as antistatic. The innovative BOA® quick-release system allows for quick and easy donning and doffing of the shoe.
In addition, the shoe has a replaceable insole that supports orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191. The weight of the shoe is 580 g in size 42. The Racer Free Roller ESD meets the standards EN ISO 20345: S1P SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it an excellent choice for various work environments.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole steel
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Steel midsoles are not affected by the shape of sharp objects or hazards. However, they only cover 85% of the tread surface. They are often used in the construction industry.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

The FLEXENERGY® suspension element made of the TPU Infinergy® material developed by BASF is integrated into the heel along the entire surface and ensures optimum shock absorption and perfect wearing comfort. The elastic interlayer returns more than 55% of the kinetic energy to your musculoskeletal system.
