The Sievi Viper Roller+ S3 ESD safety shoe combines advanced protective features with the utmost comfort for industrial work environments. This low shoe features a robust split leather upper and a composite toe cap, which, along with the puncture-resistant steel sole, ensure comprehensive foot protection. The innovative 3D-dry lining technology ensures optimal ventilation, while the BOA® closure system allows for quick and precise adjustment.
The outsole, made from a combination of PU and TPU, is not only slip-resistant (SRC) but also oil and chemical resistant, making the shoe ideal for challenging work conditions. Additionally, the FlexStep® mid-layer provides excellent shock absorption, minimizing fatigue. The shoe is available in sizes 35 to 47 and features an attractive black and green design.
Other features include the replaceable Sievi Dual Comfort insole, which also allows for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191, and a lightweight shoe weight of 600 g in size 42. This ESD-capable shoe meets the standards EN ISO 20345: S3 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it an excellent choice for professionals in various industrial sectors.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole steel
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Steel midsoles are not affected by the shape of sharp objects or hazards. However, they only cover 85% of the tread surface. They are often used in the construction industry.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BOA® Fit System
The BOA® Fit System consists of three essential components: a finely adjustable twist lock, a lightweight yet extremely strong rope and low-friction rope guides. All BOA® Fit systems enable a precise fit quickly and effortlessly and come with the BOA® guarantee.
Water-repellent
DUAL insole
3D-dry lining
Das von Sievi entwickelte 3D-dry-Futter leitet die Fußfeuchtigkeit vom Fuß zur zweiten und damit äußeren Schicht des Futtermaterials und weiter durch das Obermaterial aus dem Schuh ab.
FlexStep®
The FlexStep® outsole with micropores developed by Sievi preserves its excellent shock absorption and elasticity even in frosty conditions. The springy construction of the FlexStep® sole element protects the foot and spine from impact and excessive stress. All Sievi shoes have a FlexStep® sole.
