The safety sandal ALAN XXTP black-red Easy ESD by Elten combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort. This ESD-capable shoe is equipped with a plastic toe cap and a metal-free penetration guard to ensure optimal protection in various work environments. Size availability ranges from 35 to 49 in the color combination black/red.
The upper material is made of a textile-microfiber combination, which, together with the breathable textile lining, ensures a comfortable wearing experience. The innovative WELLMAXX sole technology, with a core made of Infinergy® by BASF, offers outstanding cushioning and energy recovery. The outsole made of TPU/PU is oil-resistant, chemical-resistant, and anti-static, making the shoe particularly suitable for work areas with high demands on slip resistance and safety.
Additional features such as the quick-release, a replaceable insole, and the possibility to use orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191, make this shoe highly adaptable. Weighing 598 g in size 42 and with a standard width, the shoe offers both men and women a comfortable and safe footwear option that meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S1PS.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
Reflective material
In rain, in the shade, at dusk and in the dark, people wearing dark clothing are only noticed at a distance of about 30 meters. Equipped with reflective materials, it provides additional protection through good visibility even in adverse weather and light conditions.
