The safety shoe BREEZER XX10 Low ESD by Elten combines high safety standards with a sporty design and comfort for professional use. This unisex low shoe is made of high-quality nubuck leather and available in sizes 36 to 48. The color scheme in black with red accents gives it an appealing look.
The safety features include a robust steel toe cap and a slip-resistant PU/PU sole from the WELLMAXX series, which is equipped with an Infinergy® core from BASF. This sole is oil and chemical resistant as well as antistatic, meeting the standards EN ISO 20345 S1 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1. Additionally, the shoe offers a padded tongue and a breathable textile lining, which enhances wearing comfort.
For individual adjustments, orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 are possible, and the standard ESD PRO black insole is replaceable. Weighing 560 g in size 42 and featuring a practical lace-up closure, this safety shoe provides an optimal combination of protection, comfort, and style for the workday.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
