The BROKER XXB black Low safety shoe from Elten provides optimal protection and comfort for professional applications. This ESD-capable low shoe is certified according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S1, SRC and features a steel toe cap that effectively secures the toe area. The upper material made of microfiber and the breathable textile lining ensure a comfortable fit, while the padded tongue offers additional comfort. The innovative WELLMAXX sole technology with Infinergy® from BASF guarantees outstanding cushioning behavior, which helps prevent fatigue. The outsole is oil and chemical resistant, antistatic, and provides excellent slip resistance (SRC). For individual adjustments, orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 are possible, and the standard ESD PRO black insoles are replaceable. Available in sizes from 39 to 49 and exclusively in black, the shoe weighs only 403 g in size 42. This shoe is therefore an ideal choice for men who require maximum foot protection in demanding environments.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
