Safety shoe IMPULSE Grey Low ESD
The safety shoe IMPULSE Grey Low ESD from Elten combines functionality and comfort in a modern design. This lightweight low shoe is specifically designed for use in industry and crafts, with the upper material made of microfiber and the padded tongue providing high wearing comfort. The plastic cap and the metal- and leather-free equipment ensure optimal protection according to the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 S1, and SRC.
The TPU/PU sole of the BIOMEX DYNAMICS series is oil- and chemical-resistant as well as antistatic and offers excellent slip resistance. Available in sizes 36 to 47 and in the color combination black/gray, this shoe suits both men and women. The low weight of only 460 g in size 42 and the possibility to use orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 make it an ideal choice for long workdays. The insole is replaceable and specially designed as a semi-orthopedic insole ESD grey. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Reflective material
In rain, in the shade, at dusk and in the dark, people wearing dark clothing are only noticed at a distance of about 30 meters. Equipped with reflective materials, it provides additional protection through good visibility even in adverse weather and light conditions.
