The safety shoe LANCE grey low ESD from Elten combines modern technology and comfort for professional use. This low shoe, available in sizes 40 to 48, is made of high-quality microfiber and textile and offers additional wearing comfort due to its padded tongue. Particularly noteworthy is the innovative TPU/PU sole MAXXIMO with a sole core made of Infinergy® by BASF, which provides outstanding cushioning properties and is also oil- and chemical-resistant as well as antistatic. The steel toe cap and metal-free puncture protection meet the safety class S1 and provide optimal protection according to the standards EN ISO 20345 S1P SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1. The shoe is characterized by its slip resistance SRC and is equipped with a replaceable ESD SPORTIVE black insole, which is also suitable for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. The lace-up closure ensures a custom fit, making the shoe particularly suitable for use in areas where safety and comfort are required.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
