The Elten LONNY Blue Low ESD safety shoe combines sportiness with the highest safety standards. This low-cut shoe is available in sizes 35 to 48 and features an upper made of microfiber and mesh, which provides robustness as well as good breathability. The steel toe cap and the TPU/PU sole MAXXIMO with an Infinergy® core from BASF ensure optimal cushioning and make the shoe resistant to oil and chemicals, as well as antistatic. The slip-resistant SRC classification, certified according to EN ISO 20345 S1 and DIN EN 61340-5-1, offers additional safety at the workplace. The shoe is available in an attractive black and blue, is leather-free, and suitable for both men and women. The padded tongue and breathable textile lining increase wearing comfort, while the replaceable ESD SPORTIVE black insole and the option to use orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 enhance functionality. The lace-up closure completes the thoughtful design and ensures a secure fit.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
