The Elten SENSATION XXT Low ESD safety shoe combines modern design with high-quality safety technology. This low shoe is made from hydrophobic textile material in a denim look and hydrophobic nubuck leather, making it particularly resistant to moisture. The padded tongue and the Bioactive textile lining ensure high wearing comfort. The PU/PU sole WELLMAXX TRAINERS, equipped with a sole core made of Infinergy® by BASF, offers excellent cushioning properties and is also oil and chemical resistant. The plastic toe cap and the SRC-certified slip resistance guarantee optimal safety according to EN ISO 20345 S2 and DIN EN 61340-5-1. Available in sizes from 36 to 48 and in the color gray, this unisex safety shoe is equipped with a replaceable ESD PRO grey insole, which is also suitable for orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. The shoe weight is only 545 g in size 42, which additionally increases wearing comfort. With its lace-up closure, the shoe can be individually adjusted to ensure optimal support and safety.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
