The ABEBA ESD AB-32172 safety boot is specifically designed for demanding work environments, combining the highest safety standards with comfort. The boots are made from a breathable microfiber upper that is HACCP-compliant and washable at 30°C. A scratch-resistant coating in the toe and heel area, along with a steel toe cap, effectively protects against external impacts. The shoes feature a moisture-absorbing, antibacterial special lining with silver ions that minimizes odor formation and ensures a healthy foot climate. The dual-layer PU sole provides maximum safety and comfort with its anti-twist protection, a flex zone, and shock absorption. The integrated TPU torsion joint and the asymmetrical heel support the natural movement of the foot. The safety boots are available in white, cover sizes 36 to 48, and meet the standards EN ISO 20345:2011 and DIN EN 61340-5-1. They are equipped with a replaceable acc Wave insole that allows orthopedic adjustments according to DGUV 112-191. The shoes are unisex, weighing 600 g at size 42, and offer additional safety with SRC-certified slip resistance.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
HACCP-compliant
The quality feature HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS) can be used to identify, evaluate and eliminate significant health hazards from food. Through this quality assurance, Abeba ensures the exclusion of materials that are susceptible to bacterial foci.
