The ESD AB-7131028 safety slipper from ABEBA is a highly functional unisex shoe, distinguished by its versatility and safety features. The upper is made of breathable microfiber, which, along with the specialized lining enriched with silver ions, ensures an optimal shoe environment. An important safety component is the steel toe cap, which protects the toe area, while the slip-resistant and oil- and gasoline-resistant PU outsole provides excellent traction and is also cushioning.
These shoes are part of the x-light series and are available in a simple white. They cover a wide range of sizes from 35 to 48. The Active Comfort type insole is replaceable, which increases wearing comfort and allows for the use of orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191. The light weight of only 450 g in size 42 and the ability to wash the shoes at 30 °C complete the profile of this safety slipper. It meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345:2012, class S2, SRC, making it an ideal choice for technical and industrial work environments.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
HACCP-compliant
The quality feature HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS) can be used to identify, evaluate and eliminate significant health hazards from food. Through this quality assurance, Abeba ensures the exclusion of materials that are susceptible to bacterial foci.
