The ABEBA safety shoe AB-31781 combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort. This ESD lace-up shoe from the uni6 series is certified according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345:2011 S2, making it ideal for work environments that have high requirements for personal protective equipment. The upper material is made of durable microfiber and the lining is enriched with silver ions, which improves moisture absorption and ensures hygiene. Particularly noteworthy is the steel toe cap, which protects the toe area from impacts and pressure. A cushioning PU midsole and a functional joint stabilizer provide additional comfort and support. The oil and gasoline resistant outsole with the extremely slip-resistant ABEBA special profile ensures excellent traction. The shoe is available in black and covers sizes 35 to 48. It weighs about 455 g at size 42 and features a replaceable Active Comfort insole. Additionally, the shoe is washable at 30 °C and supports orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191, making it a versatile choice for various work environments.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
HACCP-compliant
The quality feature HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS) can be used to identify, evaluate and eliminate significant health hazards from food. Through this quality assurance, Abeba ensures the exclusion of materials that are susceptible to bacterial foci.
