The ESD AB-31760 safety shoe from ABEBA combines functionality and safety in an attractive design. This low shoe is made from high-quality functional leather in a honeycomb design, which is both water-repellent and scratch-resistant. The lining, enriched with silver ions, ensures excellent moisture absorption, while the shape-stable padding around the collar and the sturdy heel cap provide additional comfort. The midsole made of soft PU and the oil and gasoline resistant TPU outsole with flex zones guarantee optimal slip resistance (SRC). For increased protection, the steel toe cap meets the safety requirements of classes S1 and S2. The shoe is available in white and covers sizes 35 to 48. The insole is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191. Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
