Safety shoe SK 50 ESD

The Steitz Secura SK 50 ESD safety shoe is a highly functional safety shoe optimally designed for technical use. This model combines an aluminum toe cap with a breathable hexagon-patterned functional textile, offering both comfort and excellent moisture absorption. The shoes are leather-free, making them suitable for people with allergies.
The TPU Skater ESD outsole meets the standards EN ISO 20345:2011 S2 SRC and provides cushioning comfort insole as well as slip resistance, which enhances safety at work. The shoe is available in sizes 35 to 47 and features an appealing black-blue color design.
Additionally, the lace-up closure allows for individual fit adjustment, while the replaceable ERGO-SOFT ESD insole provides orthopedic support. Weighing about 547 grams in size 42, this shoe is lightweight yet sturdy. Special widths can be made upon request, making the SK 50 ESD an ideal companion for various work environments.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole. Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
SECURA VARIO® System
The SECURA VARIO® system consists of five interchangeable damping modules – can be used in the heel area depending on body weight (from 57 kg to over 105 kg). As an essential component of a cushioning concept that noticeably relieves and protects the joints and the musculoskeletal system, it contributes to the work-life balance, especially during long working days in shoes.
VARIO MULTIFLEX®
A perfect extension of Steitz Secura's exclusive back vitality system for certain shoe configurations is the VARIO MULTIFLEX® technology. A continuously foamed midsole with a special soft bedding provides further effective cushioning properties in the forefoot area. Muscle tension is optimally reduced, load peaks are avoided with every step and forefoot problems are prevented from the outset.
