Safety shoe Chuck
The safety shoe Chuck "BAAK Ultralight" is a highly functional low-cut safety shoe, distinguished by its innovative construction and choice of materials. Made from breathable textile material, this shoe provides optimal air circulation and is also metal- and leather-free. The nano-fiberglass flex cap and the textile puncture protection guarantee high protection, while the LIEVA (liquid injected EVA) / nitrile sole offers full-area cushioning and excellent slip resistance.
The shoes meet the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S3 SRC, making them a safe choice for work environments where safety is a priority. Available in sizes 39 to 48 and in the color combination black/orange, they feature a standard width of 11. The light weight of only 480 g in size 42 and the possibility to use orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 significantly increase the wearing comfort.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
