The CP 4000 ESD safety sandal from Steitz Secura combines high safety standards with comfort and design. This unisex sandal is available in sizes 36 to 47 and features an attractive black and red color scheme. The upper material is made of ultra-light microfiber with mesh inserts that provide optimal ventilation and moisture regulation.
The sandal is equipped with a composite toe cap certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 and SRC standards, and a TPU toe guard for added durability. The TPU Competition ESD outsole ensures excellent slip resistance (SRC) and is electrostatically dissipative. Comfort is provided by the ERGO-SOFT ESD insole, which is replaceable and can be orthopedically adjusted (DGUV 112-191).
The Velcro fastener allows for quick putting on and taking off and offers a secure fit. The sandal is not only suitable for professional use but also for users who require orthopedic or special insoles, as special widths are available on request.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
SECURA VARIO® System
The SECURA VARIO® system consists of five interchangeable damping modules – can be used in the heel area depending on body weight (from 57 kg to over 105 kg). As an essential component of a cushioning concept that noticeably relieves and protects the joints and the musculoskeletal system, it contributes to the work-life balance, especially during long working days in shoes.
