The Ella ESD safety shoe from Steitz Secura is specially designed for women and combines safety with comfort and style. This low-cut shoe, available in sizes 35 to 42, features an attractive blue and white design. The ultra-light microfiber of the upper material, along with a generous ventilation structure, ensures excellent breathability. An aluminum toe cap effectively protects the toes, while the breathable functional lining and genuine leather insole create an optimal shoe climate.
The comfort footbed insert with ERGO-SOFT ESD technology is replaceable and offers excellent moisture absorption as well as a cushioning effect that enhances wearing comfort. The TPU Woman Sport ESD outsole not only provides good slip resistance (SRC) but also ESD capability, making the shoe ideal for work environments where electrostatic discharge is a concern. Additionally, the shoe is certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 SRC and offers special widths on request. The lace-up closure allows for individual adjustment, and the orthopedic insoles are certified according to DGUV 112-191, promising additional comfort and support.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
SECURA VARIO® System
The SECURA VARIO® system consists of five interchangeable damping modules – can be used in the heel area depending on body weight (from 57 kg to over 105 kg). As an essential component of a cushioning concept that noticeably relieves and protects the joints and the musculoskeletal system, it contributes to the work-life balance, especially during long working days in shoes.
