The Salix ESD Steitz Secura safety shoe combines advanced safety technology with the highest comfort for professional demands. Equipped with a metal-free ECO CAP toe protector and a breathable mesh upper, this shoe offers optimal protection and ventilation. The polyamide functional lining and the ERGO-SOFT ESD insole, which can be orthopedically adjusted, ensure additional comfort and ESD protection. The TPU Competition ESD outsole provides excellent slip resistance (SRC) and is certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1. Available in sizes 36-47 and in a black/gray color combination, this unisex lace-up shoe with a replaceable insole makes it an ideal choice for various work environments.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Seamless
The seamless finish ensures greater durability. Shoes without seams are less susceptible to damage and also offer less opportunity for moisture and dirt to penetrate.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
SECURA VARIO® System
The SECURA VARIO® system consists of five interchangeable damping modules – can be used in the heel area depending on body weight (from 57 kg to over 105 kg).
