The Steitz Secura VD Pro 1400 ESD safety shoe combines high-quality materials and advanced technologies to provide optimal protection and comfort. This low-cut shoe is made from ultra-light microfiber and features an aluminum toe cap and a slip-resistant TPU Athletic ESD outsole that meets EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 SRC standards. The breathable functional lining, along with the genuine leather insole and the ergonomic ERGO-SOFT ESD removable insole, ensures excellent moisture absorption and cushioning. The shoes are available in black/blue and cover sizes 36 to 47. Weighing about 519 g at size 42, they offer a lightweight yet sturdy solution for work environments. The VARIO DYNAMICS® series, to which this shoe belongs, is specifically suitable for unisex use and also allows for the fitting of orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191. Special widths are available upon request, with the standard width being NB. The shoe closes with a lace-up fastening, allowing for a personalized fit.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
SECURA VARIO® System
The SECURA VARIO® system consists of five interchangeable damping modules – can be used in the heel area depending on body weight (from 57 kg to over 105 kg). As an essential component of a cushioning concept that noticeably relieves and protects the joints and the musculoskeletal system, it contributes to the work-life balance, especially during long working days in shoes.
VARIO MULTIFLEX®
A perfect extension of Steitz Secura's exclusive back vitality system for certain shoe configurations is the VARIO MULTIFLEX® technology. A continuously foamed midsole with a special soft bedding provides further effective cushioning properties in the forefoot area. Muscle tension is optimally reduced, load peaks are avoided with every step and forefoot problems are prevented from the outset.
