ESD Safety Sandals Super X Fresh The ESD Safety Sandals Super X Fresh by Lemaitre combine high safety standards with comfort and design. This model is ideal for use in environments where electrostatic discharges pose a risk. The upper material made of buffalo nubuck leather and reflective applications ensure durability and visibility. The sandal is equipped with a steel toe cap and a metal-free puncture-resistant layer, making it exceptionally safe. The PU outsole provides resistance to oil, acid, and gasoline as well as slip resistance (SRC) and is antistatic. These sandals are certified according to EN ISO 20345, S1P, and DIN EN 61340-5-1, and support orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191.

Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
