Safety shoe Aron ESD grey/black Red 360
The safety shoe Aron ESD gray/black Red 360 by U-Power combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort. The upper material made of soft suede and the perforated aluminum toe cap provide optimal protection, while the metal-free penetration guard ensures additional safety. The shoes are equipped with a breathable inner lining and a replaceable insole that contains a sole core made of Infinergy® by BASF to prevent fatigue.
The PU/PU outsole is oil-resistant, slip-resistant, and antistatic, making the shoe ideal for work environments that meet the highest safety requirements. It meets the standards EN ISO 20345:2011 S1P SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1. Available in sizes from 35 to 48 and in the color gray, this low shoe is suitable for both men and women. Orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 can also be used to increase wearing comfort.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
Save and Flex plus
The exclusive puncture-resistant "no metal" insole is lighter than traditional steel, more flexible and safer. It is connected directly to the shaft and guarantees 100% penetration resistance.
U-POWER uses only the high-quality, puncture-resistant "Save & Flex" PLUS insole for all of its own products, the pressure load of which is far higher than required by the current standard.
Insole WOW
The WOW insole with an anatomical structure is made of a soft, dynamic material compound from BASF with an excellent self-sculpting property that evenly distributes body weight over the entire sole of the foot. This means more comfort and a long-lasting sense of well-being.
