Safety shoe Denver ESD grey/green
The Denver ESD safety shoe in the color combination gray/green by U-Power combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort for professional use. Equipped with a perforated composite toe cap and a metal-free puncture-resistant layer, this shoe meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 (S1P, SRC) and provides optimal protection in various work environments.
The upper is made of soft, perforated suede leather with breathable mesh inserts that ensure high air circulation and wearing comfort. The PU/PU outsole is abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, slip-resistant, and antistatic. The breathable microfiber lining and the footbed with anti-fatigue insert support comfort even during long working hours.
Available in sizes 35 to 48 and suitable for both genders, the low shoe is characterized by a standard width of 11 and a shoe weight of 550 g in size 42. The WOW2 type insole is replaceable and meets the requirements of DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259 for orthopedic insoles. The shoe features a lace-up closure that allows for an individual and secure fit.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
Toe cap Airtoe Composite
The revolutionary safety cap that allows the foot to breathe thanks to its innovative AirToe technology. AirToe is the answer to the need for breathability in safety footwear. It weighs approx. 60 g and is made of 200 joules of composite material.
Save and Flex plus
The exclusive puncture-resistant "no metal" insole is lighter than traditional steel, more flexible and safer. It is connected directly to the shaft and guarantees 100% penetration resistance.
U-POWER uses only the high-quality, puncture-resistant "Save & Flex" PLUS insole for all of its own products, the pressure load of which is far higher than required by the current standard.
