The U-Power Jackson safety shoe combines advanced protection features with high comfort and is ideal for various work environments. Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Overcap
The toe cap is usually made of plastic material (e.g. PU or TPU) and is firmly attached to the shoe. It protects the front area of a work shoe from premature wear and thus extends the service life of the safety shoe.
Save and Flex plus
The exclusive puncture-resistant "no metal" insole is lighter than traditional steel, more flexible and safer. It is connected directly to the shaft and guarantees 100% penetration resistance.
