Safety shoe Marsiglia ESD black/yellow
The Marsiglia ESD safety shoe by U-Power, available in sizes 35 to 48, combines functionality and comfort for industrial use. This low shoe from the RED INDUSTRY series features an upper made of perforated suede leather and breathable nylon inserts, ensuring optimal air circulation. The perforated composite toe cap and metal-free puncture protection increase safety, while the antistatic, oil-resistant, and slip-resistant PU/PU outsole provides excellent traction.
The breathable microfiber lining and the footbed with anti-fatigue insert offer high wearing comfort. Additionally, the insole is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. The shoe, suitable for both men and women, meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 (S1P, SRC) and thus provides comprehensive safety equipment for professional applications.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
Toe cap Airtoe Composite
The revolutionary safety cap that allows the foot to breathe thanks to its innovative AirToe technology. AirToe is the answer to the need for breathability in safety footwear. It weighs approx. 60 g and is made of 200 joules of composite material.
Save and Flex plus
The exclusive puncture-resistant "no metal" insole is lighter than traditional steel, more flexible and safer. It is connected directly to the shaft and guarantees 100% penetration resistance.
U-POWER uses only the high-quality, puncture-resistant "Save & Flex" PLUS insole for all of its own products, the pressure load of which is far higher than required by the current standard.
Insole WOW
The WOW insole with an anatomical structure is made of a soft, dynamic material compound from BASF with an excellent self-sculpting property that evenly distributes body weight over the entire sole of the foot. This means more comfort and a long-lasting sense of well-being.
