Safety sandal Neodyme Low
The PUMA SAFETY Neodyme Low safety sandal combines high safety standards with modern design and comfort for everyday professional use. This ESD-capable sandal is available in sizes 40 to 48 and features an attractive black-green color scheme. The upper is made from a combination of microfiber and breathable mesh, while the lining is also made of microfiber to ensure high wearing comfort.
The sandal is equipped with a nano-fiberglass toe cap and a flexible FAP® textile fiber penetration protection, making it an excellent choice for environments where both toe and penetration protection are required. The S1P class and additional standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S1P SRC highlight the safety features of this model. The slip-resistant SRC rubber sole provides excellent grip on various surfaces and is also oil, acid, and petrol resistant.
A practical Velcro fastener ensures easy on and off. The shoe weighs approximately 575 g in size 42, making the sandal a lightweight choice in its category. The standard width 11 and the EVERCUSHION® insole provide additional foot support and offer improved ergonomics and fatigue prevention. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
