The ESD Airtwist Black Low safety shoe by PUMA combines advanced protective features and comfort for professional use. This model is made from hydrophobic suede and provides optimal toe protection with a fiberglass cap. The TPU heel guard and the BreathActive functional lining offer additional safety and breathability. The EVA midsole together with the EFFECT.FOAM provides excellent cushioning, while the Evercushion® CUSTOM FIT MID footbed ensures ergonomic fit and comfort. The rubber outsole is resistant to oil, acid, and gasoline and offers excellent grip on various surfaces thanks to SRC slip resistance. Additionally, the shoe meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S3 SRC and is antistatic. Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.

Safety class S3

Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

Metal-free toe cap

Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
