Safety sandal Flash 1605 S1P ESD
The Atlas Flash 1605 S1P ESD safety sandal combines advanced protective features with high comfort, ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas. This unisex sandal features a breathable mesh upper and an aluminum toe cap for optimal toe protection. It is available in black and covers a size range from 36 to 48.
The shoe's sole is designed according to the MPU® INNOFLEX SYSTEM® and offers an oil-, acid-, and petrol-resistant outsole with excellent slip resistance (SRC). Additional features include the activ-X functional lining and an integrated Clima-Zone for a comfortable foot climate. Another feature is the metal-free penetration protection, which ensures additional safety.
The sandal meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S1P SRC and is equipped with a practical Velcro fastener. The insole is replaceable and complies with the orthopedic standard DGUV 112-191, which allows for the use of custom orthopedic inserts.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

The aktiv-X functional lining stands for the highest quality, innovative technology and offers the wearer permanent, active moisture regulation. It does not stain, is skin-friendly, abrasion-resistant and extremely breathable. In addition, it has been tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

Clima-stream® maximizes breathability, balances moisture inside the shoe and optimally regulates the ambient temperature. The high-quality, particularly breathable upper material, the thermoregulating inner lining and the Klima Komfort® insole ensure a unique wearing comfort. The feet are always at a pleasant temperature and feel comfortable even under great physical exertion.
