The Atlas TX360 S1 ESD safety sandal combines functionality and comfort for industrial use. This model from the Sportline series is equipped with an aluminum toe cap and meets the safety class S1, making it particularly suitable for work environments with electronic components as it complies with ESD standards (DIN EN 61340-5-1 + EN ISO 20345 S1 SRC). The SPORTLINE upper made of microfiber and the activ-X functional lining ensure breathability and moisture management through the clima-stream® concept. The carbon fiber reinforced MPU toe protection and the MPU® Innoflex System sole provide robust protection and increased flexibility. The sole is resistant to oil, acid, and gasoline and offers excellent slip resistance thanks to its SRC certification. The sandal is available in sizes 36 to 48 and features an attractive black/gray/blue color design. The Velcro fastener allows for quick putting on and taking off, while the 3D cushioning system and the option to use orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 ensure optimal wearing comfort.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
3D Cushioning system
The 3D cushioning system from ATLAS® enables noticeably gentle and fatigue-free running. The basis for this outstanding comfort is formed by the three components: Pressure relief. Damping. Dynamics. The perfect interaction of all components prevents back and joint problems and also relieves noticeably sensitive pain and pressure points.
clima-stream®
Clima-stream® maximizes breathability, balances moisture inside the shoe and optimally regulates the ambient temperature. The high-quality, particularly breathable upper material, the thermoregulating inner lining and the Klima Komfort® insole ensure a unique wearing comfort. The feet are always at a pleasant temperature and feel comfortable even under great physical exertion.
