The safety shoe Runner 295, manufactured by Atlas, combines high functionality with rugged design for professional use. The waterproof leather upper and the aktiv-X functional lining ensure optimal protection and comfort. The steel toe cap and the XP® metal-free puncture protection provide reliable safety, while the MPU outsole is oil and gasoline resistant, has antistatic properties, and meets the standards of EN ISO 20345.
This unisex low-cut shoe in black is available in sizes 36 to 48 and, with its standard width 10, fits most foot shapes. The orthopedic insoles comply with DGUV 112-191 and are replaceable, making the shoe particularly suitable for orthopedic insole provision. The 3D cushioning system significantly increases wearing comfort, and the lace-up closure ensures a secure fit. The SRC slip resistance and textile puncture protection complete the safety profile. Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.

Safety class S3

Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

Slip resistance SRC

The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.

Penetration protection/midsole metal-free

The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.

DGUV 112-191

This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

The aktiv-X functional lining stands for the highest quality, innovative technology and offers the wearer permanent, active moisture regulation. It does not stain, is skin-friendly, abrasion-resistant and extremely breathable. In addition, it has been tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
