Safety sneaker A 420 ESD
The Atlas A 420 ESD safety sneaker combines high safety standards with the comfort and style of a modern sneaker. This model is available in a black/blue color combination and meets the safety class S1, according to the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 S1. The upper material is made of SPORTLINE microfiber, which is partially perforated to ensure improved breathability.
The robust steel toe cap effectively protects the toes from external impacts, while the activ-X functional lining and the 3D cushioning system provide optimal wearing comfort. The sole is resistant to oil, acid, and gasoline, and is antistatic, making the shoe particularly suitable for work environments with electronic components.
The sneaker sole technology supports a healthy foot posture and provides additional cushioning. For individual orthopedic adjustments, the insoles, which comply with DGUV 112-191, can be replaced. ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
3D Cushioning system
The 3D cushioning system from ATLAS® enables noticeably gentle and fatigue-free running. The basis for this outstanding comfort is formed by the three components: Pressure relief. Damping. Dynamics. It does not stain, is skin-friendly, abrasion-resistant and extremely breathable. In addition, it has been tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

Clima-stream® maximizes breathability, balances moisture inside the shoe and optimally regulates the ambient temperature. The high-quality, particularly breathable upper material, the thermoregulating inner lining and the Klima Komfort® insole ensure a unique wearing comfort. The feet are always at a pleasant temperature and feel comfortable even under great physical exertion.
