Equipped with a steel toe cap and a metal-free puncture-resistant layer, this shoe offers reliable protection in hazardous work environments. The sole is oil, acid, and petrol resistant as well as antistatic, making the safety sneaker particularly suitable for industrial applications. The innovative sneaker sole technology and the 3D cushioning system provide excellent wearing comfort and prevent fatigue even during long periods of wear. The shoes are certified according to EN ISO 20345 S2 / S3 and DIN EN 61340-5-1, confirming their suitability for ESD-protected areas. The dark gray color and stylish design make the shoe visually appealing as well. It features a replaceable insole and is suitable for orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191, further enhancing comfort and adaptability. With a standard width of 10 and a practical lace-up closure, this shoe offers an optimal fit for safety and functionality.
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
3D Cushioning system
The 3D cushioning system from ATLAS® enables noticeably gentle and fatigue-free running. The basis for this outstanding comfort is formed by the three components: Pressure relief. Damping. Dynamics. The perfect interaction of all components prevents back and joint problems and also relieves noticeably sensitive pain and pressure points.
aktiv-X functional lining
Especially in everyday work, with high physical stress, temperature-regulating properties are indispensable. The aktiv-X functional lining stands for the highest quality, innovative technology and offers the wearer permanent, active moisture regulation. It does not stain, is skin-friendly, abrasion-resistant and extremely breathable. In addition, it has been tested according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
