SOLAMAT 200 ESD
The SOLAMAT 200 ESD is an advanced industrial sole cleaning machine manufactured by Heute. This device is characterized by its efficient cleaning capacity, enabled by four roller brushes for the soles, two lateral disk brushes for the sole edges, and a top leather brush for the top of the shoe. Particularly noteworthy is the integrated extraction device, which effectively removes dust and airborne particles during the cleaning process and systematically collects them in a filter. The cleaned air is then released through an exit grille.
Technically, the SOLAMAT 200 ESD is supported by a robust round belt drive, ensuring smooth operation of the brushes. The machine is available in graphite RAL 7022 color and features conductive ESD-protected brushes that minimize electrostatic discharge. With dimensions of 460 x 600 x 1100 mm and a weight of 65 kg, the machine is compact and efficiently designed. The motor operates at 230 V at 50 Hz and provides a power of 0.18 kW at a speed of 650 rpm for the brush drive, with a 110 V option also available at no extra charge.
