ESD Solder Mask Dots 6 mm
The ESD solder mask dots with a diameter of 6.0 mm are designed for technical use in environments where electrostatic discharges pose a risk. Made from a high-temperature resistant polyimide film that can withstand temperatures up to 300°C for short periods, these dots provide reliable performance for demanding applications. The surface is coated with a surface-conductive silicone adhesive, which ensures the antistatic properties and has a thickness of about 0.060 mm including adhesive.
The brown-opaque color and the slotted backing film facilitate the application and positioning of the 10,000 pieces per roll. These special cover dots are ideal for protecting components during the soldering process by shielding them from static charge and heat.
