ECOSTAT-DF Corner ramp element

The ECOSTAT-DF ramp corner element is a two-layer composite covering in tile form, distinguished by its puzzle-like dovetail connection. This product is specifically designed for technical applications where volume conductivity and abrasion resistance are required. It is available with a thickness of 6 mm and dimensions of 310 x 310 mm, and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for ESD-sensitive environments.
The material is flame-retardant (fire class Bfl – s1) and has a resistance to ground of 10^4 - 10^5 Ω. The high Shore hardness of 90 Shore A ensures excellent resistance under mechanical stress. Thanks to its suitability for chair casters and forklifts, and the fact that it is self-laying and walkable during installation, the product minimizes downtime in operational processes. The ease of machining with woodworking tools allows for straightforward customization to specific requirements, while the gray color provides an attractive appearance.
