ECOSTAT-DF INTERLOCKING SYSTEM 6.0

The ECOSTAT-DF PUZZLE 6.0 is an innovative, dual-layer composite tile that impresses with its puzzle-like dovetail connection. These tiles are specifically designed for technical applications where volume conductivity according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1 is required. With dimensions of 635 x 635 x 6 mm and in the color gray, they not only offer an aesthetic solution but also high functionality.
The tiles are abrasion-resistant, have a conductive back, and are suitable for both chair casters and forklifts, making them ideal for dynamic work environments. Thanks to a Shore hardness of 90 Shore A and a fire class of Bfl – s1, they are flame retardant and provide high safety at the workplace. The resistance to ground lies between 10^4 and 10^5 Ω, ensuring continued ESD safety.
Particularly noteworthy is the ease of handling of the ECOSTAT-DF PUZZLE 6.0 tiles. They are self-laying and can be walked on during installation, which minimizes downtime. The tiles can be easily worked with woodworking tools, simplifying installation. These features make the ECOSTAT-DF PUZZLE 6.0 an optimal solution for technical rooms where efficiency and safety are top priorities.
