The Universal Tape Dispenser A900.6 is distinguished by its high flexibility and practicality, making it ideal for use in various industrial settings. This device can process a variety of materials such as adhesive tapes, aluminum and copper foils, as well as tubes. It allows for the simultaneous processing of two rolls with tape widths between 6 and 60 mm and tape lengths from 5 to 999 mm.
The simple programming allows setting up to six different lengths and the corresponding quantity, supported by an automatic dispensing function. The device features an antistatic casing and comes with three interchangeable rollers (rubber, plastic, special transport roller with special coating for highly adhesive tapes), which can be quickly changed without tools.
The complete change of the tape transport unit can be done without tools in just five steps. Additionally, the tape dispenser offers safety features such as a finger guard with shutdown contact and can be tilted for ergonomic handling. The power supply is via 2AC 100V, 120V, or 220-240V with an energy consumption of 41W and a weight of 2.3 kg. The device dimensions are 116 x 140 x 213 mm (HxWxD), making the tape dispenser compact and easy to handle.
