The AeroBar 5225S Ionizing Bar from Simco is specifically designed for use in cleanrooms, where precise control of static electricity is essential. With a length of 721 mm and an active length of 711 mm, this device meets the strict purity standards of ISO 14644-1 Class 1. The ionizing bar operates at a voltage of 24 volts DC and can be controlled via the remote control 7500.AB.R, which is required separately.
The bar features replaceable silicon emitters, known for their durability and purity. It offers an ion balance of +/- 10 V and a maximum ozone generation of 0.005 ppm, ensuring minimal contamination. With dimensions of 53 mm in height, 31 mm in width, and a weight of 1.02 kg, the device is ideal for use in various environments with a temperature range of 15 to 35 °C.
The AeroBar 5225S allows easy mounting and integration into existing systems without an additional controller, as all parameters are stored directly in the device.
