The AeroBar 5225S Ionizing Bar, manufactured by Simco, is specifically designed for use in cleanrooms and meets ISO 14644-1 Class 1 standards. With a length of 907 mm and dimensions of 53 mm in height and 31 mm in width, this ionizing bar is ideal for precision applications where static charges need to be effectively neutralized.
The bar operates at a voltage of 24 V and is equipped with replaceable emitter points made from single-crystal silicon, known for their purity and durability. The ion output levels can be adjusted via the IR remote control 7500.AB.R or through software for separate positive and negative polarities.
The AeroBar 5225S offers an ion balance of +/- 10 V and a maximum ozone production of 0.005 ppm, minimizing the risk of contamination. It weighs 1.02 kg and can operate in ambient temperatures from 15 to 35 °C.
Thanks to the simple assembly and the ability to supply up to six of these ionizing bars via a transformer, the AeroBar 5225S is excellently suited for various installation scenarios. Please note that this product is excluded from exchange.
