The AeroBar 5225S Ionizing Bar from Simco is specifically designed for use in cleanrooms and meets ISO 14644-1 Class 1 standards. It is 64 inches (1626 mm) long and offers optimal adaptability for various applications in facilities and workstations through its precise digital settings. The bar uses both pulsed and stationary DC ionization modes, ensuring effective neutralization of static charges, especially when handling sensitive components such as semiconductor wafers.
The ionizing bar is equipped with replaceable single-crystal silicon or titanium emitters that meet cleanroom requirements and guarantee a long lifespan. It offers flexible configurations and adjustments, which can be made via an infrared remote control (Model 7500.AB.R, sold separately) or software. With a width of 31 mm, a height of 53 mm, and a weight of 1.02 kg, the device is easy to mount and integrate.
The AeroBar 5225S can be operated via a 24-volt DC supply and allows up to six units to be powered through a transformer. It features various operating modes and status indicators that enable comprehensive monitoring and control.
