The AeroBar MP 5635 from Simco is an advanced ionizing bar, designed for use in extremely clean environments such as semiconductor manufacturing and nanotechnology production. With an active length of 1050 mm and dimensions of 78 x 34 x 1150 mm, this bar features modulated pulse technology that combines high-frequency sine waves with pulse modulation to achieve efficient and uniform ionization.
The emitter tips are made of high-purity silicon and are replaceable, ensuring compatibility with sensitive processes. This ultra-pure design meets ISO 14644 Class 1, ideal for particle-sensitive environments. The ionizing bar can be mounted up to 150 mm away from sensitive components without affecting performance, and supports a working voltage of 24 V/DC.
Additional features include air assist for improved ion distribution, automatic balancing for precise static neutralization, and alarm signals for operational feedback. Installation is straightforward by simply plugging into a 24 V DC power source and connecting a compressed air line for air assist. An alarm output in the connection box allows integration into machine or plant controls or monitoring systems.
This ionizing bar is compatible with all wafer technology nodes, including 22 nm and below, providing an optimal solution for applications that require low field voltages.
