AeroBar MP 5635 Ionizing Bar 500 mm
The AeroBar MP 5635 Ionizing Bar, measuring 600 mm in length with an active length of 500 mm, is specifically designed for use in critical cleanroom processes in semiconductor manufacturing. This model utilizes a high-frequency sine wave with modulated pulses to achieve a very high ion output, allowing for installation in close proximity to the wafer. The ionizing bar provides rapid discharge times, low voltage fluctuations, and precise balance meeting the requirements of the advanced ISO 1 class.
