The AeroBar MP 5635 from Simco is a sophisticated ionizing bar measuring 900 mm in length, designed specifically for use in extremely clean environments such as semiconductor manufacturing. This device utilizes advanced modulated pulse technology to combine high-frequency sine waves with pulse modulation, ensuring efficient ionization and excellent lateral uniformity.
The bar meets the stringent requirements of ISO 14644 Class 1 and is particularly suitable for areas where low field voltages and minimal contamination are critical, such as in the assembly of advanced electronics or in nanotechnology. The emitter tips are made of high-purity silicon, supporting compatibility with sensitive processes.
Users can adjust the control parameters directly on the device or use the user-friendly software for setting balance, voltage fluctuations, and discharge time.
