Blue line - ionizing gun
The BlueLine AG-HP02 Ionizing Gun from BlueLine is specifically designed for use in cleanrooms and production areas that are particularly sensitive to static electricity. With a compact size of 120 x 27 x 114 mm and a weight of only 106 g, this device allows for easy handling and efficient application.
The ionizing gun features an automatic ion balance that maintains the ion balance with a precision of ±10 V to reliably neutralize static charges. The integrated systems include an electric air valve, a 0.01-µm air filter, and an adjustable airflow throttle, which together ensure precise operation.
To monitor the operating status, two LED indicators are integrated. The power supply is provided by 24 V DC, supported by a 2.1 m long cable and a power adapter with an input of 230 V at 50-60 Hz. Additionally, a minimal ozone generation of a maximum of 0.01 ppm is ensured, further increasing safety in sensitive environments.
Included in the delivery are a controller and a power supply, which allow complete control and easy integration into existing systems.
