Top Gun TG3 Ionizing Gun - 4.2 m Cable
The Top Gun TG3 Ionizing Gun with a 4.2 m long cable is specifically designed for use in the electronics industry and cleanrooms. This ionizing gun is characterized by its lightweight, ergonomic design and enables the neutralization of electrostatic charges during cleaning processes. The air supply is regulated via a compressed air system that operates in the range of 1 to 6.8 bar. The gun features adjustable airflow control and a replaceable filter at the air outlet, which filters particles up to 0.01µm, thus ensuring "purest air". The self-balancing of the offset voltage is at 0 ± 15 V, while the ionization is based on high voltage (AC). The ozone generation is 0.001 ppm at a distance of 45 cm. The gun, hose, and cable are conductive and meet ISO 6 / Cleanroom class 1000 standards. The dimensions of the controller are 132 x 85 x 164 mm (WxHxD).
