Top Gun TG3 ionizer gun
The Top Gun TG3 Ionizing Gun from Simco-Ion is an advanced tool for neutralizing static charges and removing contaminants, specifically designed for use in the electronics industry and ISO 6 class cleanrooms. The gun features a 7ft long, conductive cable and incorporates high-voltage ionization technology that allows for a maximum ozone generation of 0.001 ppm at a distance of 45 cm.
Thanks to IsoStat technology, the device provides stable ion output and the self-balancing offset voltage maintains a balance of 0 ±15 volts. The ergonomic and lightweight design of the gun ensures comfortable handling, while the adjustable airflow is controlled via a foot pedal, reducing compressed air consumption and operating costs. A replaceable 0.01µm filter at the nozzle guarantees clean air output.
The dimensions of the controller are 132 mm in width, 85 mm in height, and 164 mm in depth. The gun operates at a voltage of 230 V and is RoHS compliant and certified according to IEC 61340-5-1.
