The Top Gun TG3 Ionizing Gun is specifically designed for neutralizing electrostatic charges in cleaning processes and applications in the electronics industry as well as cleanrooms. This device is characterized by its lightweight, ergonomic design and the ability to supply air via a compressed air system ranging from 1 to 6.8 bar. A replaceable filter at the air outlet ensures the highest air purity (0.01µm). Ionization occurs through high voltage (AC alternating current technology), and the gun features self-balancing of the offset voltage at 0 ± 15 V. Ozone production is at a minimal 0.001 ppm at a distance of 45 cm. The product is suitable for use in cleanrooms up to class ISO 6 and includes a 2.1 m long cable. The compact dimensions of the controller are 132 mm in width, 85 mm in height, and 164 mm in depth.
