Ionizing blower 5810i - overhead model
The Simco Ionizing Air Blower 5810i, an overhead model with three fans, has been specifically designed for use in cleanroom environments that meet the cleanliness standards of ISO 14644-1 Class 4. It features a precise ion balance of ±3V (standard) to ±1V (with optional external feedback), effectively neutralizing static charges. The discharge time is a maximum of 3 seconds to reduce voltages from ±1000V to ±100V, and this at a distance of 45 cm at high fan speed.
The robust aluminum housing measures 155 x 96 x 1016 mm and the total weight is 4.6 kg. The titanium emitter tips provide uniform DC ionization and long lifespan. The device offers three fan speeds (low, high, off) to optimize ionization without disturbing the laminar airflow, achieving an airflow of about 183 m³/h per fan.
Additional features like the optional Auto-Clean system minimize maintenance and maintain ionization performance. A visual LED alarm, as well as optional acoustic alarms and connection to the Facility Monitoring System (FMS), provide increased safety and monitoring. Up to ten units can be interconnected for efficient coverage of larger areas. With a noise level of only 52 dB at low fan speed and an ozone emission of a maximum of 0.02 ppm, the device is particularly suitable for sensitive environments.
